I was told that I could move in at any time from 9-5 on a Saturday. I hired movers and paid them for 2 hours, everyone on my end was on time and ready to go, however when we should up at the storage unit, NO ONE was to be found. All doors were locked and there was a sign on loose leaf paper, will be back at 12:35. Now, I get that everyone is entitled to a break and/or lunch however, Saturdays are the busiest moving days especially for people who work a 12 hour day during the week.
