Martha , is a very nice, helpful, and hardworking Manager. Treats all of her customers polite. I have had the best experience and also met Casey, Crystal, and Dustin who are managers at other location. They are a great team and are willing to meet your storage needs.
My first time here and I have to say Martha is amazing. She stayed a few minutes extra for us as we sprinted inside. She was super friendly and made sure it was an easy process! Thanks so much Martha.
I went to view units today at the Extra Space facility at 717 S Good Latimer Expwy. Crystal Lopez was filling in for the store mgr. Her store is located in the Casa Linda area. She did a wonderful job at listening to what I needed and then showing me units that would meet those needs. She was very kind and patient, which I really appreciated. Nice climate controlled faculty!
Martha the store manager was awesome! So friendly and very accommodating. Facility was also very clean and efficient. Highly recommend
Me and my friend are currently homeless and needed to rent a unit to store our belongings while staying in a local shelter. We were met by Martha S. We thought we’d be judged immediately but she was very friendly, kind and understanding. She helped up get all set up and just made us feel a sense of normalcy. May not seem too important of a job but that small amount of kindness went a long way. We are grateful, thank you.
