Intrusive Staff Twice now the manager has yanked my door open more than it was saying I can't be inside with the door closed. The door wasn't closed, it was open but partially because I needed to keep the sun out as the unit is not climate controlled like promised. She was acting like I was doing something illegal and against the rules when all I'm doing is going through my things to make room for more stuff to come in. She states the unit is strictly for storing stuff and that we are not aloud to be in the unit doing things... read more
Could have gone a lot smoother We showed up just after 11, after using my last half day at work, we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to return to the office.....we finally yelled to a person we saw over the fence at around 12:05. It cost us extra time and money on the truck we had rented for what was supposed to be an easy process.
