This is literally the best storage unit facility that I have ever ever used in the Sacramento area. There are beautiful floors elevators and an abundance of handcarts for us to use at any given time. Everything is so clean and neat. No rats or roaches. Definitely not this is definitely not a bedbug & beyond situation. I highly recommend using this facility. The customer service is awesome. Thank you extra space storage on Bercut drive.
Easy to set up a rental. The Storage center is Brand New as of Aug 2023. ( Still has that new storage building smell.) Their pricing is very competitive and the access procedures are easy to understand and use. (Hint, If you already have a cylinder lock, bring that and use it instead of having to buy one at full retail+.) I look forward to storing my stuff here.
