I had a great experience today at Extra Space at the 3000 B St location. Tasha helped me, and she was very attentive, despite being pulled in several directions at once with phone calls and other customers arriving around the same time. She found me a good deal on a rental and I appreciated her positive attitude and willingness to help.

Ramona is so amazing!!! I arrived a few minutes before they opened today and she was so friendly and helpful right away. She recommended a few options based on my needs and explained the pros of the potential units. The facility is clean and there are tons of cameras for security, which I love. Also appreciated the carts available to move your items down the halls. Within 35 minutes of arriving I'm in my car with my keys and so pleased with this business.

It's climate control and clean! Has elevators and carts we can unload our stuff and take it to our storage unit. Also, receptionist was kind and informative. I am recommending Extra Space Storage to my family and friends!

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT rent a storage unit here. The security and homeless issues are completely out of control. Random people wander throughout the facility, the customer service is terrible, and the overall cleanliness of the property is disgusting. The elevators regularly smell like urine, marijuana can be smelled throughout the different floors, and trash is constantly left around inside the complex. Pretty sure homeless people live inside.
