Stop price gouging! Omg, my price went from $34 to $78 for a 5x5 in one year. They obviously target out of state customers knowing they have no immediate recourse - WHAT A SCAM!

Last year my review was 5 stars but today, I'm giving it 1 star but I really wanted to give 0 star! I have been there for 1 year and 3 times my rate was raised! The first increased I asked about it and was told "as long as you are paid in advance, my rate won't change." WRONG! I am paid up till March of 2026 and I just got off the phone with the manager and was told I was given the wrong information, and there is nothing he can do for me! I strongly do not recommend this place!

Not clean. Very dirty. Also second door to get out is always broken. Homeless also come in and live inside!! So unsafe. 3 times in two months I've visited and all these issues. Ridiculous. Go to another location or company. People follow you in. One is living in his car inside the facility.

This place is pretty unprofessional and I would absolutely recommend AGAINST it. They sneakily increase the bill to get more money out of you. They had my wrong address on file and now they have the wrong email on file. They increased my storage space from $50 a month to $90 a month and of course I was never notified because they don't even have the correct contact information. No in case of emergency on weekends, you can't talk to anybody first of all. I ordered a 15 x 20 they gave me a 10 x 5 so I had to go find another store. On a Sunday Somewhere where it's hard to find one open and they close early
