When I fist looked into the storage unit I was so happy. Everything went very smooth. Got my unit so far so good After moving into the unit I was given (supplied my own lock even) made sure things were locked up. I get a phone call telling me I didn’t have a lock on my unit!! WHAT REALLY!! When I was questioning what happened I was told that again, my unit did not have a lock and was unsecured! I asked if there was video!
