A week before Thanksgiving, the gas company determined my oven had a serious gas leak and was unsafe to use. I called Extreme Appliance and explained the situation to Lionel. He was able to identify the part that was needed and when he came to repair the original problem, he found an even more serious problem which could easily have resulted in a fire. Not only did he replaced that part, too, but after checking the thermostat, found it was not baking at the correct temperature and was able to replace it, too. Three problems ...Ā read more
