I hate appliance repair issues but Extreme Appliance was able to fix my dryer in a timely manner and a reasonable rate!!! Next time I have an appliance needing repair I know who to call.....Extreme Appliance Repair!!!

My mother had them send out a repair man to repair an oven. The repair man talked her into upgrading. She bought a "New" oven from this company and it has never worked. When she called them back, he told her it could not be fixed. She told him he needed to replace it, The "gentleman" hung up and hasn't returned a call since. These guys are crooked and shouldn't be in business.

I am 82 years old. Lionel will not return my calls or texts. He charged me for 2 garbage disposals. Charged me 851.23. He also charged 549.00 for another garbage disposal. He is a person who is not reliable.
A company that likes to rip off the elderly take advantage of them
This place is garbage. Came out to fix my speed queen. The diagnostic said the ring needs to be replaced. Then when they called up back about price for parts they said they will just replace the springs. He came out and "fixed" it. He didn't fix it. I had my wife call him back out and he said "yeah its supposed to be like that" ITS NOT SUPPOSED TO VIBRATE THE STUFF OFF MY CABINET IN THE NEXT ROOM. I've had this for a few years. Horrible experience! They did warranty work on Speed Queen machine - no problem with that - but the machine is clearly a lemon, the manufacturer is ready to exchange it, but Extreme Appliance did not give me any documentation of the repair they did and now REFUSES to give me anything showing they did the repairs. Absolutely idiotic! NOTHING to do with them - they state they were paid by Speed Queen and told me to get the documents from them, but they obviously did not include my machine serial number or my address because ... read more
I was assigned this company through my home warranty to fix my dryer. It was squealing and could be heard throughout the house. They sent a "technician" to the house to diagnose the problem. This person not only did not provide a receipt of payment, but also did not leave any information with my wife (who was home at the time). After dealing with them for about a week, the parts showed up, but the technician responsible for fixing the issue had an accident and needed to reschedule (completely understandable).
