Customer service sucks. Sent the wrong template for canards. Ridiculous

Very disappointed in customer service! I recently ordered thru shop pay and used wrong source of payment which I immediately contacted to cancel order but by the time they replied back to me they already sent package to fedex or so what customer service claimed! Now goin to have to wait a week to receive them send right back and reorder .
