I felt it was very much a business more than a drs office and felt the manipulation of having to return for a visit to pick up contact lenses.. to see if they fit right. I’d responded I’d been wearing them for decades and didn’t feel this visit was necessary. The woman running the meeting said “ things might have changed . “ This was just an attempt at an added expense. I didn’t order the contacts and won’t be returning. I also didn’t care for this being discussed in front of the entire room full of people.

Gave me the wrong proscription glasses and told me I had to adjust to the lens never heard of this shit I went somewhere else years back and wore my glasses out side I couldn’t even do that here

Wrong lenses been done ,!the service is horrible. 1st visit the glasses were done less than 9 working days days. The lenses were wrong, dropped off almost 3 weeks ago . The customer service in not to be expected.
My insurance called you guys and you haven't even notify me about having my appointment for my eyes and glasses when I do cualify. Very disappointed 😞

Doctor and front desk(?) Are so impatient with my daughter. The doctor was giving obvious signs that he was getting annoyed and irritated because my daughter wouldnt comply. She has never been to an eye doctor so i didnt expect her to do her 100%.. I do not trust the result they gave me. I had to wait till my daughter is 5 to go to a better eye doctor🙄 will never come back! Hate this place!

I choose this office because it was promoted to have a variety of selections of designer glasses. Unfortunately they didn’t carry many options. What was most disturbing was a very strong penetrating smell of smoke, it’s as if somebody had smoked cigarettes and the smell was just trapped inside.
