Bad customer service. They had us waiting over an hour after our arrival. Don’t recommend at all!
They do not honor appointment times. When I came twice to the store, my wait time was over 30 minutes. This is absolutely unacceptable!
I felt it was very much a business more than a drs office and felt the manipulation of having to return for a visit to pick up contact lenses.. to see if they fit right. I’d responded I’d been wearing them for decades and didn’t feel this visit was necessary. The woman running the meeting said “ things might have changed . “ This was just an attempt at an added expense. I didn’t order the contacts and won’t be returning. I also didn’t care for this being discussed in front of the entire room full of people.

Gave me the wrong proscription glasses and told me I had to adjust to the lens never heard of this shit I went somewhere else years back and wore my glasses out side I couldn’t even do that here

Wrong lenses been done ,!the service is horrible. 1st visit the glasses were done less than 9 working days days. The lenses were wrong, dropped off almost 3 weeks ago . The customer service in not to be expected.
