Went in about a medical incident... felt that the matter was taken seriously... nothing immediate was diagnosed or confirmed so a note was sent to my medical doctor where I made an appointment to be seen in a few days.

I go because of Dr Roed. He's great with the kids and make it a fun fast experience withiut rushing or making them sit for too long. I do have to say that the gentleman at the reception desk isnt the most polite to the customers and often speaks to them like theyre stupid. I have witnessed it myself towards myself and towards others. I sometimes feel uncomfortable going knowing I have to deal with him. Besides that the rest of the staff and the doctor are always pleasant.
Service at clinic was great as was the Doctor. Really great. Might want to avoid purchasing lense and frame though as I have been waiting over a month and a half now for an order. I called and reception seemed annoyed by inquiry two weeks ago. Stillno response on why it is taking so long or even if they plan to process the order. Very disappointing.
