Even better than I'd hoped I've had my eye on this product for a while (pun intended) and finally decided to take the chance a few weeks ago. For reference, my spherical numbers are both near -5.00 and I have astigmatism in both eyes. I'm using Android version 10 on a Moto g7 and didn't have any problems with the bluetooth connection or placing the device on the phone's screen. A little bit of a learning curve, but otherwise GREAT I absolutely loved this little gadget. One eye was no issue, the other wasn't as cooperative, but I finally got it to work. About the only real complaint I had was how vague the error message was. But their customer support was prompt and super awesome to work with.
Time to "See" what you're missing!! I was skeptical but thought for the price I would try it. Totally impressed with the results! After about 8 tests I felt I had gotten good results and compared it to my last eye exam. I was amazed at the result, I knew my eyes had gotten a little worse and based upon the comparison it is spot on! Worked like a charm I've been skeptical of "online prescription" services since they first started popping up, but with the pandemic and generally not wanting to leave the house, I decided to roll the dice on this one. I was intrigued by the fact that it uses an actual motorized device and your phone to generate a prescription (eyeglass numbers, technically), and I figured it was worth a shot. Fun, effective, easy way to get spec specs at home. I haven't had my eyes tested for a few years but needed new glasses for computer work during quarantine. I ran across this product online and decided to try it out, for less than the cost of an exam. It arrived quickly. It did take a few practice runs to get used to operating the device, but once I was confident and comfortable, it was very easy. Simple to use, actually works! Great product for those who can't get in to see the eye doctor and need to get an updated pair of glasses at or near prescription. Easy to use however takes a few measurements to get comfortable with taking the readings holding your phone to your face. I broke my glasses during COVID and couldn't get in to see the eye doc, couldn't drive with needing glasses to see distance. Great Value This will save you money in the long run. It took me a couple times using it to get the process down. That's the only reason for four stars instead of five. Great work guys!
If you have trouble using a smart phone or technology I would say it is not for you. I had some issues when I started using it due to the model of my phone. The straps matched up to my power buttons. After I put the phone back in its protective case the straps cause no issue. You do have to get used to the way the buttons work and the test takes time to figure out.
