Installation was simple and uncomplicated. It took me about 30mins to install due to back pain that I suffer from, but still it was easy to install. Easy installation even for a beginner Recently purchased a home and the master closets had been stripped bare by the previous owner. I needed a shelf for sweaters and a clothes rod and this seemed to be the perfect choice. I watched the installation video on youtube and decided to give it a try. My handyman skills are rather basic, I have an electric drill; needed to purchase a level. Holds lots of product and makes a great hanger for taking right out of the dryer Don’t dislike anything. A friend put my up for me. Took about an hour.
I definitely recommend this product! While installing on a Sunday at 6:30pm, I thought a part was missing. I called the toll free # provided in the instructions and was surprised David the company owner answered (was expecting a recording). He immediately offered to send the missing part. However, after speaking with David for a few minutes I realized all parts were in the box. He was extremely polite and took his time to speak with me. Great guy!
