I definitely recommend this product! While installing on a Sunday at 6:30pm, I thought a part was missing. I called the toll free # provided in the instructions and was surprised David the company owner answered (was expecting a recording). He immediately offered to send the missing part. However, after speaking with David for a few minutes I realized all parts were in the box. He was extremely polite and took his time to speak with me. Great guy! Great shelves, east to put up all on my own. These shelves are great looming, strong, and for somebody like me (not the most handy person), it was amazing how easy they made the process of putting this shelf up. I have purchased 5 of these shelves of various sizes. They are the best.
