Good product, great customer service from manufacturer The quality of the product is quite good, with sturdy plastic braces and metal rods that expand to meet your needs. It looked easy to assemble so, like a typical guy, I skipped the directions. When I ran into a problem, I called the customer service number and the owner of the company picked up the phone, had me send pictures of the parts, and then walked me through the process in about two minutes. Phenomenal customer service! I would highly recommend.

Love this for our family! We love this Express Water countertop system! Our family drinks a lot of water, the kids take refillable tumblers to school and to soccer on the weekends. This system is helping us eliminate the use of plastic water bottles. I love the hot water feature for tea and hot cocoa I know the hot water feature will get lots of use during the cooler months. I love that the machine is compact and easy to fill. It was easy to set up, just plug in, fill up the jug and that’s it. Highly recommend this system!
