Granted the rack was decades old but also made of the lower durability, but commonly used, wire. This shelf holds all the clothes the previous rack did encompassing less space. I have more space in front of the rack now. I am beyond satisfied with the quality and value of this closet shelving. Customer service is extremely responsive and helpful.

Went up easy The unit arrived quickly. The 1st thing I noticed was the product did not come boxed in company packaging, as I've seen on videos. All the parts were separate and loose, to rattle around in a large cardboard shipping box. Red flag. I wonder if I received a used or retuned unit. ??
