Amazing customer service First off, the product works great, looks great and was easy to install. What really impressed me was my order was missing some pieces. I called and within a minute was in the phone with the owner. He quickly identified what was wrong and had a replacement sent out the following day. He checked to make sure all was good and that I had everything I needed. You can really tell a company by how it handles problems and this is a company I will do business with again!

Easy to install and sturdy! This unit was super easy to install in my laundry room... I did it myself with no help and it was a breeze. I recommend watching the video before installation. They are much sturdier and more secure than those wire shelves you get at the store. Happy with this product!

Very easy to install This worked perfect for my small odd sized hallway closet. It was very easy to install (about 20 minutes) and seems very sturdy. Would definitely purchase again if I needed for another closet.
