This is my second time using this particular EZ Storage location. The manager on duty was extremely helpful in suggesting the best storage solution for me. He also was professional and courteous.
I always received the help I needed. They helped the movers locate their truck and helped them maneuver through the traffic on the way out. Wendy even called me when she discovered I had failed to properly lock my unit. The facility was always clean; dollies were always available. I wish all businesses were so helpful!
Ez was clean. Well managed
Everything went just as planned during the time we needed to store things. We moved out after 10 months on a weekend and the EZ storage folks noticed by Monday morning that our lock was missing and called immediately to check with us. I hadn’t even had a chance to call them yet to tell them we were out. There is obviously great attention kept to the facility. I definitely recommend EZ Storage on Big Bend if you need a storage facility.
