Outstanding job.
Marless, not sure of the spelling, was great. She knew the product n when I inquired about the new one she contacted them for me because the number I had was not working. I would have liked to have the 4 months at 1/2 price but because Marless was so nice, n helpful I decided to use the unit on Big Bend. Today there are so many people that act like you are a bother, however, it was refreshing to deal with her. She is a KEEPER ‘.
This is the second time I have used this EZ Storage location - once when we remodeled our house and this time while we staged our house to sell. The facility is always clean, the elevators are padded and run efficiently, and there are plenty of dollies for moving things from the car to the storage unit. I liked the drive through building to protect me and my things from the weather. Wendy, the manager, is very helpful and responsive. I definitely recommend EZ Storage.
