Dawn and Troy were more than accommodating! Ez storage was the second place we looked at and after being greeted by the nicest couple, seeing the units and how clean everything was, there was no hesitation that this was the place to choose.

EZ storage rates are reasonable and the facility is miraculously clean. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. After explaining what we were looking for , Troy gave us a tour of a couple units. He was knowledgeable and you can tell he takes pride in the pristine conditions. He made absolutely zero pressure to purchase. Dawn was so helpful over the phone when I had questions and Jackie was wonderful when helping us setup our account and get into our new storage unit. My experience here today was absolutely amazing. The woman’s name who helped me today was Jackie and I must say that she was the most professional customer service employee I have ever dealt with in my entire life. She broke down everything so I could easily understand. She was kind, courteous, and articulate. Her knowledge of her job was above and beyond.
