Policies/procedures clearly stated. Impressed with the cleanliness, lighting, ease of access and safety. Jackie and Dawn were very friendly and helpful. All in all so far, a 10+.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Answered all questions knowledgably. Quick, easy experience getting set up and moved in to new storage unit same day. I was helped by Jackie in Warrington. Don't know who Akhilesh Singh is - can't get that name out of the "assisted by" box below.

Very clean facility! I always felt safe inside and found renting and accessing the facility very easy.

AWESOME!! Great experience- the first time I went to tour facility I was planning on a small unit. 2 days later I realized I was needing a larger unit so did another tour. Cyndi, Jackie and Dawn were able to accommodate my need to a tee. All 3 employees were professional, polite and knowledgeable.

Jackie and Patrick were very helpful and forthcoming when I came to check out the facility. The units are clean, well lit, secure and convenient. It all suits my needs.
