My daughter goes here, and Im teaching her to speak up and advocate for herself. She called me in tears, and while I usually encourage her to handle things on her own to learn that not everyone is nice, I am beyond upset. She called the nursing line, and the woman not only refused to let her speak to her doctor or leave a message, but she also hung up on her without providing her name. Called on Monday afternoon to schedule a papsmear, they had an appointment the next morning so I scheduled it. Woke up to my dog puking and pooping blood all over the house and an emergency vet appointment was needed. There was no way I could make a 9am appointment and called to reschedule. Was told that I would be charged $50 for not giving 24 hours notice. I hadn't even had the appointment for 24 hours so that is a ridiculous statement. I think this practice is horrible I have been contacting them since last June or July trying to schedule an appointment for my annual checkup and mammogram but because they charged me a $50 no show fee because I got sick and had to go to the emergency room and I forgot to call them they refuse to help me and see me because they don't want to remove the $50 fee and I cannot afford to pay it. I am so beyond angry with this practice. Faben has sent me to COLLECTIONS over a $300 balance without informing me of any past due balance. I had not heard from Faben through email, phone calls, written letters or any other sort of communication since my last appointment early this summer. I found out through a collections agency yesterday they had past my debt onto them. At the time of my appointment they collected my insurance and told me I did not owe anything at the time. Beautiful establishments, however very unorganized and unprofessional, I have had 4 visits trying to work with them but each time is worse than the last I recently went in for an appointment and was prescribed medication , which I had to call three time to get the medication sent over to the pharmacy because the nurse did not close out my chart for three days including the weekend so I had to suffer until it was convenient for the nurse, I am currently looking for a new office at 21 weeks pregnant , they are under staff and ... read more

Beautiful facility however, they are unorganized and have a lack of professionalism , I believe they spend more time making the facility look good then actually providing great and outstanding services and information to their patients, their is not many doctors that are actually at the facility which limits the amount of patients medical information that can be provided to the moms to be
