I had a septo-rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Antoniak in September 2018. The consultation felt rushed (I had about 5 minutes with Dr. Antoniak) and during that time he took the liberty to comment on my skin, trying to sell me some products because my pores were enlarged. I didn't like it but I still went ahead with the septo-rhino because I had heard good things about this doctor. He did a good job, my nose looks better than it did before, but it is not a GREAT job. The worst doctor ,my results after septorhinoplasty were aweful mh nose became twice as big , when i confronted him he told me you have a thick skin . All i wanted was a slight change . And it turned out to be very major . I told him i dont want to look any different just file the bump on top of my bridge , well he didnt file anything , he just came out with the best way to ruin my face
had a septorhinoplasty at first i loved the results then it was a mess. The tip is pointing down looking as if my nose has a bump which was the reason i had the surgery in the firat place. The bridge of my nose is 10/10 perfect and straight but the tip is pointing downwards and on the side it looks like a bumpy nose. Only 3 out of the 1000 people i know liked my nose. Had my ears tucked and during these consultation he told me how skinny my face looked and that I should get fuller injectables. I'm a young guy and I wasn't there for anything other than my ears. He repeated this as if I don't already know I have a skinny face. I repeatedly mentioned that I am looking for a tiny tuck and don't want the top part of my ears to stick out if he was going to tuck my ears too much because that can happen based on what I researched. His staff is great. He, Antoniak, on the other is horrible. I went in for a consultation for fillers with, he spent barely 10 minutes to tell me that I can use some in certain places on my face and referred me to the nurse. In other words, he stole my money for the consulation fee and was useless. His head nurse is excellent. If it was not for her. I would never see that prick. Don't have nasal surgery without understanding how risky it is. If it goes wrong and you cannot breathe your life will be ruined! This is what happened to me. This doctor removed excessive tissue and cartilage from my nose and fractured my turbinates without even explaining this surgery to me. I wound up with a collapsed nose and bone in my airways, virtually no septum and a perforation. I'm now 6 month post-op for ala retraction / hanging columella (nostril show, flaring nostril) corrective surgery with Dr Antoniak. I'm not satisified at this point. Ala retraction rhinoplasty is 'one of the most difficult' so I'll try to be fair. This was my 1st time. What bothers me, in hindsight, is the lack of careful assessment and proposed corrective plan. I went to Dr.Antoniak..for botox and fillers, and her staff was great, the girl that saw me the first time, was really good. I will have to say the second time, there is a another girl, who saw me, and a totally disaster, i pay, wasn't happy come back, and they told me ,i will have to pay again, which i did...and still unhappy, third time, she was asking me?....where she should inject...i will NEVER come back, really unhapy, and didn't care at all, about results.
I had to have two rhinoplasty surgeries with this doctor and my nose now looks worse than ever. It is unsymmetrical and the tip of my nose has a jagged edge that feels like it will puncture through the skin. This man is not a plastic surgeon but more of a ****. Anyone considering getting any kind of plastic surgery done with this man should definitely reconsider.
