In 2004, Richard Ure, a resident of Erda, put his over thirty years of floor covering experience and expertise to work by starting Factory Flooring Direct. The first days of the business were spent selling carpeting and other products out of a construction trailer in the parking lot where he was also managing the construction of the new business’ home. They came on time was careful with furniture and cleaned up nice!
I had someone come to my house to stretch my carpet. It was quite loose in some places. He did a very nice job and even came back after he left when I found another place that needed fixing. That tells me they will go the extra mile to have satisfied customers.
