In 2004, Richard Ure, a resident of Erda, put his over thirty years of floor covering experience and expertise to work by starting Factory Flooring Direct. The first days of the business were spent selling carpeting and other products out of a construction trailer in the parking lot where he was also managing the construction of the new business’ home. RecommendedSo happy with Factory Flooring Direct! We needed some carpet installed fast. We tried Home Depot first and they were going to take close to a month to start installing (not soon enough). I'm glad we were forced to look at other options. Factory Flooring Direct gave us a cheaper price, a much better product, and a faster install time. Better in every way!

We have been very happy with Factory Flooring. Jay was awesome to work with us on our timetable. When they didn’t have the pad we wanted they upgraded for free. They were pleasant, easy to work with, and were easy to reach and speak with. Thank you.

Had a wonderful experience with these guys. We had picked out some carpet that I guess is a popular selection. They called the day before our appointment to let us know the carpet had not shipped. I was not thrilled about that. When I asked if we could come in to see what they had in stock to still keep the install for the next day they had no issues. I came in with my Fiancé and they had already pulled what was available. They got us squared away and we got the carpet when promised.
