Very informative. I did not feel rushed as Dr Colvin took the time to answer all my questions.
I met with Dr. Matzie after being diagnosed with colorectal cancer. I was anxious to get a team and treatment plan in place. I saw her within the same week that I contacted her office. She recommended a highly skilled medical oncologist. She is a life saver! Dr Matzie performed two planned surgeries (limited pain with the DaVinci robot). She is an excellent surgeon. My family and I knew what to expect and she explained everything for a novice to understand. I highly recommend her.
I visited Dr. Colvin today and always feel comfortable discussing difficult situations and concerns. He explains things in a manner that it is easy to understand and does not embarrass the patient, He is thorough with examination and asking questions. In addition, he is concerned with the over all health of the patient as well as the reason the patient came for a visit. I have been more than pleased with the help and advise Dr. Colvin has given me.

Dr. Matzie is the best. I met her after Dr. Doughtery moved to bigger opportunities. When I first met her in June 2018, she listened to all of my concern and understood what I was going through. And she put me on a regiment that worked After having emergency at another facility in July 24, 2018, I followed up with Dr. Matzie, six weeks after the surgery. She understood everything; it was as if she had been living with me for the past six weeks. She is patient, kind and caring. Love her!!
I just got done with my robotic surgery last August 1, 2018. I am on my wqy to full recovery. Excellent service and would recommend Dr. Stern should you need to have robotic surgery done.
Excellent professional. Excellent people skills. Highly recommended for any type of rectal or colon issues.
Very knowledgable and friendly. Is very comfortable to talk to about embarrassing subjects. Really puts you at ease. Feel very confident in his care. Never feels like he is rushing through my visit, gives me plenty of time to ask any questions.
