Appointment was made quickly Doctor hasn’t seen me in three years. Was current on my condition, Made a thorough exam and created treatment protocol that has worked.
I was diagnosed to have chronic appendicitis and had Dr. Colvin as my surgeon. On pre-surgery visit, Dr. Colvin explains in details the extent of the operation and patiently listens to my concern. On the day of the operation, 3 weeks ago, his team of doctors and nurses comforted me to help overcome my fear. I was worried about some unusual symptoms I was experiencing. Dr Sanchez really put me at ease. She allowed my daughter to attend my appointment on FaceTime to get the details. This was very helpful bc my mind typically goes blank once I leave the appointment! Nerves?? Dr Sanchez was thorough, professional but also kind and reassuring. Matzie's great. I love it when a surgeon tries to triage before going to surgery. She's suggested many helpful strategies to mitigate the need for surgery. I really respect her expertise and appreciate her empathy.
