My husband and I were extremely pleased with the response of Fairmont Door to our request for a new garage door opener to replace our old one. James called before he came and gave us an accurate ETA. He completed the installation just as we requested. He even programed my vehicle so I could open the garage door with the garage door opener in my vehicle. James was very pleasant and professional.

Wes called and said he was on the way. He arrived promptly and in a matter of just a few minutes had us up and running again with our door opener. He had the part on the truck repaired it and throughly checked out the door and rollers and was on his way. Wes was very professional. I highly recommend Fairmount Door for your garage door snd opener needs.
I am pleased with service. I called in the morning & had my garage door fixed in the afternoon. The gentleman was very nice that came & fixed the garage door.

We called Fairmount door and we talked to Mark! They sent out Wesley Richards! He was very good to deal with! He was very thorough doing his job! He found one of Photo cells was out of alignment! He corrected it! He took apart big controller on roof and said the gears were still in very good shape! He lubricated the rollers! Everything was done just as it was suppose to be and at a reasonable price.
I was very pleased with my service call and repair. I called late in the afternoon and they were there the next morning even though my vehicle was not trapped in the garage. They are extremely polite and helpful. I have done business with them for years and have always been satisfied.
