Service technician was knowledgeable, very friendly. Fixed the problem and went over everything else- oiling, etc for preventative maintenance.
They were prompt, knowledgeable, and did excellent work. I was more than pleased.
A little mishap with brackets on our track to the garage door. Johnny came the next morning after we called, assured us it was no problem & had 2 new brackets installed & we were good to go within a half hr. Excellent job & works better than it did. .

Because of the snow storm we had the night before they were to come they called and told what time they would arrive . I was away at the time but my grandson was home and said they did a good job and the overheard door works quieter than it did before. Thanks for taking care of my need as quickly as you did.
