I was a past customer of Albany Door and this was my first experience with Fairmount Door. I had a bearing problem on a door on a rental house that I own and I called Thursday afternoon. A tech came out after contacting the tenant and fixed the problem. He called me when he was finished and advised me of the work that had been done and the balance on my invoice. Good job. I’ll be calling these guys again.

They were prompt in getting to me. The person was polite and seemed to know what he was doing. I was pleased.
They were here sooner than had promised due to car being stuck in garage. Nice employee. Explained repair to me and got the job done! Great job!
