Fast, great service from the phone person to the technician. We had a problem & they tried to fix it but when it wasn’t fixable they recommend a solution. They came & installed a new garage door opener, doing a great job. We are so pleased with our new opener! Thank You for the great service at a reasonable price!
Just called them @ 4:00 on Friday afternoon for a broken spring. Within 20 minutes they came & fixed the spring and replaced a worn bearing. Great customer service!😊

Our barn door support cables came unwound. Fairmount sent a super nice gentleman to level the door, adjust the guide wheels, adjusted the proper tension on the support cables then rewound the spring to specs. After this he lubricated the tracks and guides. Excellent work! Thankful!
