Excellent friendly staff any worries they have an answer for, friendly neighbors, maintenance is awesome neva any worries about them fixing things or replacing things they work constantly, love the parties the staff throw and you are able to interact with your neighbors there and see who lives in your community with prizes and FREE food. We (myself and two children, single father) been here 5 years excellent safe place if you have children. Just wish I could move the rent due date but who don't wish that, lol.

I had a good experience living there, only problem was with nasty pet owners who wouldn't pick up after their pet. Fairway View has a place where you can get the poop bags for free and they still don't use them.
I have had no issues that a quick visit to the Office to speak face to face was not able to correct. Anywhere will have maintenance issues. And neighbor issues. I found that a polite and professional approach on my part made everything smooth! The staff can’t correct what they don’t know about. I am really enjoying loving here. I have renewed early twice now, and am upgrading myself to a larger apartment even! Miss Charmaine and Mr Dexter are both TOPS in my book!!!!! Clean and quiet place to live. The staff are extremely helpful and set on meeting your every need. Amenities are great and nice to have when enjoyment is needed. Highly recommend these apartments.
