At this location the staff is friendly and the service is quick. The teller that waited on me was patient and attentive. This location is difficult to get into. The entrance is really weird and then to get out takes forever especially during rush hour traffic.
Confusing getting to the drive through the drive through is a distance from the bank. When I went it was slightly busy I'm assuming they were backed up inside as well as it took a while for someone to assist me. I don't really care for this location and do not frequent this location often. But nonetheless I still enjoy certain perks of being a member!

Slow,rude, drive thru mostly closed, atm has issues, Teller name Carlton was rude like depositing check was some extraordinary task and I was giving him this extra work to do. Not helpful at all I'm seriously considering closing this account this is not they way to treat customers.

Through out the past 20 years I have used Fairwinds for my Auto Loan needs, but I will never go to them again. They messed with my credit and continued to increase APR as much as they wanted. The last Auto loan I went to them for was to only cover 5K of a 12K vehicle, but since they decided the vehicle was too old (2002) and had too many miles (111K) (7.5K P/Y) they denied a long time customer with just under 700 CS and a perfect history of payments with them for past loans and no delinquencies on Credit Report since 2003. Upon refinancing 2 cars with them, I got tricked into signing for 2 insurance policies and I got charged a lot of money twice every month. These insurances gets charged for every auto loan even though I only have 1 life. How practical. Very dishonest people.
Worst bank ever. Will never bank with them. Unknowledgeable financial manager and rude teller. Warning, do not go to this location or any others. TD bank and Bank of America are way better
