Just got a first time home buyer loan from Fairwinds. They were excellent to work with and have a loan program that is better than what you would get with USDA or FHA loans. Especially working with people like Wynter and Eduardo who helped explain the process and get all the paperwork done. Without them and the loan plan offered by Fairwinds I'd still be renting instead of being able to purchase my first home.
