I have been a member with fair winds for 15 years. They are by far the best company to deal with no matter what the situation. If there is any kind of problem they are on it and take care of it right away. The friendliest and most efficient people I've ever dealt with.
On August 14, 2020 was the first time entering the facilities (Hanging Moss, Orlando) since the Pandemic and I felt safe. I live in the community(walking distance) and I have been a member for at least 4 years and the environment is very welcoming. The staff has changed since being a member but the atmosphere remains the same of feeling like a valuable customer.
