Saadia Soto has been helping my family, extended family, and many friends I have sent to her at the Lake Forest branch. She ALWAYS goes way beyond any customer care I receive from any other business connections I have. I have been with this credit union for over 15years and only go through Saadia for my loans, accounts and savings plans- five stars for sure!
