Jordan and Christian were excellent had outstanding customer service. they answered all my questions and helped me with all that I needed. I absolutely love this branch and the people here, I drive from Ocoee just to come here.

My Spouse and me (Ms Ramila and me (Ramesh)) had an occasion to visit the branch in W.Garden on April 6 2026. We dealt with Teller Jordan. He was very polite and friendly and seemed to be happy to see us. My spouse had some CDs matured and was debating as to what to do. Jordan explained everything to her eg. Int. rate, length of term etc and was very patient and informative. He basically helped my spouse make the decision to renew the CDs (3 ). We wish him all the best in his carrier.

My experience with Fairwinds overall have the best auto loan rate, and personal loan rate. The application process is easy but not as fast as I would like. It's never fast enough right? As for Winter Garden branch - I have dealt with 3 different tellers and 1 supervisor. They were all cheerful and polite. ATM accessibility - I was a BofA client for a long time mainly due to ATM availability. I'm surprised to learn that Fairwinds have free fee ATM in 7/11, Publix, Wawa, CircleK and so on. It's great.
