We had several items that were outside the normal requests. Josy Gonzalez was Fantastic and handled them all and in much less time than I thought would be possible. She was our "one stop and done"! I really appreciate her help and advice through the process and then suggested that we sign up for an additional service which had benefits we were not aware of. Thanks Josy you are great!

If you want service with a smile, go to the Avalon Park Branch. Maddy, the teller is always pleasant, works with a smile and makes me feel welcome. She is knowledgeable and will go out of her way to help you. She is awesome. Thank you for all you do Maddy.

If you're at the Avalon location, ask for Maddy! She's so helpful and friendly and really cares for her customers. She's helped me get money back that I didn't know I had and sign up for programs that put money back in my savings account when I swipe my card. Always a pleasure to stop by the bank now :)

I have been a Fairwinds member for over 20 years. The products are strong but most of all the common sense banking and the top notch bankers. I have been honored to recently have worked with Alaa Alshaikhli at the Avalon Park location. She is very knowledgeable and most of all looks out for us as members. I had a very large withdrawal I needed to make and was unsure of how to proceed. i called to see if I needed an appointment. The staff was extremely helpful with this. He informed me of the various methods that could be employed to achieve my goal. I was impressed with his knowledge and friendliness. I was able to conduct my business using the convenient drive-thru. Kudos to Fairwinds' and its workers.

I don't come to this branch too often despite it being the one I opened my accounts in and is the one closest to my home, but when I do they exceed my expectations. You have the option of scheduling appointments to speak with someone or you can walk in and see what happens. Today I came in as a walk in due to fraudulent activity on my account and was looking to have a representative assist me. Luckily I had Xavier to do just that.
