Yesina is phenomenal, she is willing to assist at any moment along with finds ways to make things happen. My family and I only deal with her because she has earned our full trust in handling everything for us. Highly recommend Fairwinds but especially Yesina

Juan the sales representative was of extreme help, setting up a new account was easy. Though there was an issue when asked not add interest to my account as it was not feasible

Love their customer service. I walked in without an appointment and Josh opened an account for me. He was very knowledgeable and professional.

I was dreading going to the bank on a Saturday. Thinking it would be a couple hour process. Juan at the teller got me in and out of the bank in 20 minutes!!! Very helpful and most importantly. Fast ! I love FAIRWINDS for this reason .

worst fucking organization I have ever interacted with. First they had to run my credit to be added to my wife's new account. We have credit a monitoring service. they told me I had to turn it off for them to add me to an account. I have been approved for a mortgage and several credit cards without having to do that. They made me call each credit bureaus to remove fraud alert as well. That took 4 hours. they said after we did that we only needed to call in as they had our info and a copy of my drivers license. after an hour ... read more
I consider Caitlin my "banker". She is the best, so personable and pleasant to deal with. I hope she doesn't ever leave the branch or I'll have to close my accounts. Just kidding. Well not really.

I've been a credit union member for over 10 years. They are always helpful and courteous. I have accounts there for myself and my children as the rates are good and fees are reasonable.
Would never do business with a bank that feels it's ok to take $70 from a person account , put the account in collections and then ask for more money to close the account. I received an email April 29 about a negative balance, it's June 4th and I'm told it's negative$6.34 and they have the nerve to not credit $6.34 back to the account to close the account. Not one single manager got involved or introduce themselves but I did hear a teller yell across the counter saying my account was closed after I paid, Very unprofessional ... read more
