I've been a credit union member for over 10 years. They are always helpful and courteous. I have accounts there for myself and my children as the rates are good and fees are reasonable.

Would never do business with a bank that feels it's ok to take $70 from a person account , put the account in collections and then ask for more money to close the account. I received an email April 29 about a negative balance, it's June 4th and I'm told it's negative$6.34 and they have the nerve to not credit $6.34 back to the account to close the account. Not one single manager got involved or introduce themselves but I did hear a teller yell across the counter saying my account was closed after I paid, Very unprofessional ... read more

Went for the first time and the teller was extremely polite and she was very nice she took the time to help me even though I had no information on my bank account only my ID she was able to find my bank account and help me with my transaction she was very patient and very polite I was very appreciative for the help.

Terrible. Transfer to another bank.One teller down another 1 standing next to her watching what she's doing the other teller doing so I computer and then goes to lunch no 1 in it offices are bothering to come out help called for help company is c***

This is the worst Fairwinds Credit Union! The other branch sent us there to get something notarized because they didn't have a notary that day. They were nice enough to call ahead and make sure there was one on this branch. What a mistake to come here. The facility and waiting area looked new and looked great but the customer service really sucked. We signed in and was told by the notary she'll be with us in 15 minutes because she was with another customer. Fair enough. We waited. 45 minutes later, nope, she didn't even come... read more
