Matthew come to our house the same day I called. He was very considerate and understanding of our situation. Our basement flooded Sunday night and they were Monday just a few hours after I called. They came and talked with me explaining everything that they would be doing to start the drying process that evening. Three gentlemen came that day with high powered fans and a machine that also filtered the air for us. Matthew came out today to take a look at some damage. He called when he was on his way and even got here before he said he would! So friendly. Really made me feel like we are in good hands with getting our house back to normal! He was so good about explaining the process and the next steps! He was also more then willing to answer any question I had even no matter how small! Really excited to keep working with him! Would 100000% recommend!!!!!
5 Star Experience - 100 percent! We had our home and land ravaged in the Robertson Draw wildfire. Faithful Restoration had the best reviews on Google and we had them come to assess the smoke and fire damage. They promised to alleviate the stress by doing all repairs and working directly with our insurance company. Faithful Restoration was amazing to work with when our home was flooded with over 2,000 gallons of water. The staff were professional and worked hard to restore our house. Thank goodness I found Faithful Disaster Restoration. My husband was on his way home from the hospital when I discovered a broken pipe in the wall in my entryway. I had turned on the sprinkler and the next thing I knew water was trough the wall and flooding the down stairs. I freaked out and a neighbor called Faithful Disaster for me.
