RecommendedWe had severe water damage in the basement of our home about 3 years ago. Faithful did a 100% great job of restoring my basement and making sure things were totally dry and restored to better than before it happened. I’d recommend them 150%.
After experiencing ‘Niagra Falls’ through our egress window late one night, we called Faithful Disaster Restoration. The owner arrived early in the morning to assess the damage and needed repairs. A crew arrived within an hour and quickly and efficiently went to work removing the damaged areas in the wall and floor, spraying for mold and microbes, and setting up fans that dried out all the affected areas—including the mattresses. With a fire causing smoke damage 5 days before Christmas, the people at Faithful showed up the next day,... and every day after that, even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to ensure we were back in our home as soon as possible. I cant say enough about their work ethic and professionalism in trying to help us during the already stressful Holiday Season. This company will rip you off! Run a way as fast as possible!
You ripped my house apart on 4/14/23 and have since disappeared. You have been terrible and misleading to deal with. Do not hire this company. I live in the country club and my buyer house been inhabitable since Ingres them. Run away from company. Do not consider them!
I would not recommend this company.
We were recommended Faithful for water damage from a hot water heater. Faithful swept in and took care of drying out everything after we given an estimate and we agreed. However after that they have ghosted us and our insurance. Do not recommend, all talk and no action.
