Medical Assistant staff both assigned to Bethany Helm and those that fill in for regular MA are always extremely nice and helpful; Whenever I need assistance for any reason the staff takes me very seriously and always calls back or leaves voicemail to ensure i am informed. Front desk is always extremely friendly and helpful. Bethany Helm is very receptive to my specific lifestyle needs, whether it is the logistics of scheduling appointments or just understanding and being receptive of my needs with medication management.
