I finished my consultation on line with my counselor. I felt heard, grounded, appreciated and gotten. I leave my time with her with a bit of homewk which i request, for me to take some action be proactive as to makes most sense for me to be upbeat, organized and in a life I'm proud of. (I am so grateful to Lauren and Matt in the office assisting me.s theey have. And to Sara P for changing my desire to be involved/alive in my life.
