My therapist cares about people! When we come up with a plan and I don't follow through I'm held accountable. I have been in therapy 2 other times and this is the best place. Even the front desk staff care and listen to your concerns, they greet you and make you feel welcome. I'm 36 I miss this kind of customer service!
Family Care Center has been great so far. I have been given information, explanations, etc., I did not know about, that previous providers never offered. In addition, they have TMS therapy which I had never seen, let alone heard of. It has promising data that can help with a range of conditions. I'll be starting this therapy soon. Everyone I've had contact with has been courteous and friendly. Oh my gosh, Sara was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, and at ease Allowing me to share what was going on at this time in my life. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her and the process I left there feeling much lighter than when I went in and I can’t wait for our next visit. I highly recommend that you search for a counselor with FAMILY CARE CENTER. They really care about their patients.
I am reluctant to share this but so grateful that I felt a duty to say my experience with family care center. If I could give you more stars I would. I am and have been treated like a human throughout my time trying to recover from my mental illness. What I mean is no matter how crazy I sounded I was treated with respect and grace. As a parent with three children under the care of various providers within this health system, I've had the opportunity to witness both exemplary and disappointing aspects of the service provided. While the healthcare providers themselves have consistently delivered exceptional care, regrettably, my encounters with the office staff at the Northglenn location have been far from satisfactory.
