Wonderful Doctors ans therapist. I feel heard, safe and understood. I am excited to continue my journey to improve my mental health. I would recommend to anyone struggling with anxiety or depression.

Ok first meeting and not sure what to expect
I was very anxious when I first got there, but, everyone was so friendly and helpful and put me at ease.
I met with Kimberley Lauro and found her to be very welcoming and friendly. She’s easy to talk to, and I felt comfortable right away. I definitely want to see her again, should I be needing more visits.
The therapist is great. I still have a lot of uncertainty about billing, which is causing some stress.
Not sure who the collective “we” is. The whole team? The entire staff seems to be well-trained and very polite during phone encounters. Dr. Cooper seems to be very compassionate and thorough. I will say that there is confusion around the concept of “self-pay”, and the designation of “uninsured” for someone like me who has insurance, but you all are out of network. The self-pay “contract” is confusing. I would invite someone to look at it critically and clarify it.
