Not sure who the collective “we” is. The whole team? The entire staff seems to be well-trained and very polite during phone encounters. Dr. Cooper seems to be very compassionate and thorough. I will say that there is confusion around the concept of “self-pay”, and the designation of “uninsured” for someone like me who has insurance, but you all are out of network. The self-pay “contract” is confusing. I would invite someone to look at it critically and clarify it.
