The staff is kind, attentive, and patient with us to accommodate our communication needs as we are lip readers due to our hearing loss. It is such a relief to be cared for in that way.
I knew I had issues going in, but Dr Kim assured me I would have them taken care of and that it wasn't as bad as I thought. Also called to ask a question and the girl was so understanding & helpful!
When I went in I was afraid of Possible Pain I was embarrassed by my long absence from a dentist and ashamed of what my teeth had become.
