I always have anxiety about visiting the dentist, but you guys seem to do a good job of getting me through it. I learned a lot about the benefits of moving forward with the invisalign through Dr. Kim taking time to talk in detail about it with me. And I also just really enjoyed my time with Pam. Life has just been really stressful lately and somehow I just thoroughly enjoyed our conversation, even if it was a little one way with my mouth otherwise engaged. 🤣 Probably best that way! Everyone at this practice have been nothing but nice to our family. We just switched dentist and they listen to any concerns and make you feel valued. Great practice if anyone is looking for a new practice.
I think you guys did great for my first visit. I liked the straight forward answers concerning my treatment plan. I’m still scared to death; but I thank you guys for making it easier so that I’m able to trust the practice.
Greeted her as soon as we walked in the door. Hygienist was very kind, patient, and explained to Nikki so she was assured it was all around amazing. Dr Kim was so good to her. I can not tell you how happy my husband and I are that we found you. Nikki has special needs and they were able to meet them with kind hearts.
